- Outside the Metro Area. Travel time charges may apply.
- Airport Meet and Greeting Service will be extra $15.00 charge.
- Rates does not include 20 % Gratuity, 5% Fuel, Stops, Waiting time, Parking and Tolls.
- 25% Rate increase may apply from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
- $250.00 deposit requires with all reservations, deposit is non-refundable.
- Reservations cancellation requires 24 hours prior notification. If 24 hours notice is not observed client will be charged full contracted amount. $250.00 deposit requires with all reservations is non-refundable.
- Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicles(s).
- Client agrees that the passenger capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.
- In case of misconduct by your party, driver has the right to terminate this agreement without any refund.
- Client is responsible for damages for this vehicle committed by his/her party during service, either willfully or accidentally.
- Any complaints given twelve hours after the service is not valid.
- By signing the contract I authorize East Coast Services to charge my credit card for any applicable fees for contracted service.
- All overtime is charged by the hour not prorated per minute. Overtime rates are non-negotiable and will be charged to the customer according to the GPS Tracking report for each limousine.
- All sedan jobs require a twenty-four hour notice to be given in case of a cancellation
- We are not responsible for any items left in our limousines.
There can be unexpected vehicle malfunctions and any events that are beyond our reasonable control. In that case we will do our best effort to provide a replacement vehicle, if customer refuses a replacement vehicle then no refund will be made. In the case that we are unable to provide an alternate vehicle, then any money paid in advance by the customer for use of the limousine will be refunded.
